We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. Please always check the product info.
Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for any postage costs incurred during the return or purchasing process.
Faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of purchase. They will be replaced as soon as they are reported.
Please note that Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important. For this reason, pierced earrings are non-returnable.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
You have 14 days from the day of delivery date to returns an item to us for a refund. At Christmas, we extend this date to the 14th of January to allow you extra time. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We do not cover,
- General wear and tear
- Damage due to incorrect use or careless handling
“If after a return, your order no longer meets the free delivery minimum, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.”
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we will offer you a credit note which must be used within 6 months of the original order date. We may elect to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
It’s fine to try on an item like you would in a store, but please don’t wear it too long. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside the returns timeframe, Julia Rose won’t be able to issue a refund. In the event of late returns, we will give you a credit note, which must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Alternatively, the item will be sent back to you, and you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ARE IN THE PACKAGE.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded.
